Food Security

 

East Balt operates all of its activities taking into consideration customer health protection principle. Since its establishment, it has started to apply the food security management system and certificated it in 2004.

 

Food security is in the first rank among the values cared by East Balt. In this regard, secure products are manufactured by protecting them from all physical, chemical and microbiologic dangers throughout the process of ‘’From Field to Fork’’.

 

The annual food security inspections made in East Balt Gida by international companies are;


• Food Security inspection (AIB) Twice a year
• McDonald’s Provider Quality Management System (SQMS) Inspections (AIB) Once a year
• FSI / FSSC 22000 Inspection (AIB) Once a year
• Other customer based inspections Once a year
